Privacy policy
What we collect
When you place an order we collect the name, email, shipping address and order details needed to fulfil it. When you email us we hold that correspondence. Your cart is stored in your own browser so it survives a refresh.
Payments
Checkout and payment are handled by Shopify. Card details are entered on Shopify's systems and are never stored by us.
How we use it
Only to process orders, answer questions, handle returns, and — if you subscribe — to send the field journal. We do not sell personal information. You can unsubscribe from the journal at any time.
Your choices
Write to us to request a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted where we are not legally required to keep it (order and tax records are retained as the law requires).
