Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states, all Canadian provinces and territories, and the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). We do not currently ship to the EU or elsewhere.

Processing and transit

In-stock orders leave the workshop within 1–2 business days. Continental US delivery is typically 3–6 business days after dispatch; Canadian delivery is typically 5–10 business days. Alaska, Hawaii and northern territories take longer. Poles, baffles and large cedar boxes travel oversized and can add a day or two in transit.

Tracking is emailed the moment a label is scanned. Canadian orders may attract duties or taxes collected by the carrier at delivery. UK orders are shipped internationally and typically arrive in 7–12 business days; UK import VAT and any duty may be collected by the carrier before delivery.

Returns

Unused gear in its original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Write to us first so we can issue return instructions. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing — in those cases we cover it and replace the item.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on opened seed, suet or other consumables, or on nest boxes that have been mounted outdoors or occupied.

Damaged or missing parcels

Photograph the packaging and the item and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We replace transit-damaged goods rather than asking you to fight the carrier.
