Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Placing an order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we dispatch the goods. If an item is mispriced or out of stock we will contact you and refund in full rather than substitute something else.
Checkout and payment
Payments are processed by Shopify's secure checkout. We do not receive or store your full card details.
Use of our guides
Our field guides are educational. Wildlife is variable, and nest box occupancy, brood success and deterrent effectiveness cannot be guaranteed. Follow federal, state and provincial wildlife law — in the USA and Canada it is illegal to disturb, handle or remove the nests, eggs or young of native migratory birds without a permit.
Intellectual property
Guide text and site design belong to Perch Supply. Bird photography is used under public-domain or free Wikimedia Commons licences and is credited where it appears; those images remain under their own licence terms.
Liability
Install poles, baffles and boxes safely and to the manufacturer's instructions. We are not liable for injury or property damage arising from installation, nor for indirect loss. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
